This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") describes the terms on which Callora Networks ("Callora", "we", "us") handles payments made on the Callora website and platform (the "Service"). By making any payment to Callora — whether for a feature, add-on, donation or otherwise — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Policy.
1. Callora is free
The core Callora Service — your 10-digit number, one-to-one peer-to-peer calls and 5-way mesh conferences — is provided free of charge. You are not required to pay anything to register, place calls or use any current feature. There is therefore nothing to refund for ordinary use of the Service.
2. Optional paid features
We may, from time to time, introduce optional paid features, add-ons or premium tiers (collectively, "Paid Features"). The pricing, scope and any feature-specific terms of a Paid Feature will be displayed clearly before you make a purchase. By proceeding with a purchase you accept those terms in addition to this Policy.
3. No-refund policy
All payments made for Paid Features are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been successfully processed and the corresponding Paid Feature has been made available on your account, Callora will not provide a refund, credit, exchange or chargeback adjustment, in whole or in part, for any reason, including (without limitation):
- change of mind, dissatisfaction or lack of use of a Paid Feature;
- partial use of a subscription period;
- voluntary cancellation of an account before the end of a billing cycle;
- account suspension or termination resulting from a breach of our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy;
- connectivity, hardware, browser or third-party network issues outside our control;
- features being modified or discontinued in the future, where reasonable equivalent functionality remains available;
- duplicate purchases made in error.
4. Limited exceptions
Refunds will be considered only in the narrow circumstances below and entirely at Callora's discretion:
- Unauthorised charge. A payment was charged to you without your authorisation and is reported to us within 7 calendar days of the charge.
- Technical failure attributable to us. A Paid Feature was paid for in full but, due to a fault in Callora's systems, was never made available to your account and we are unable to make it available within a reasonable time.
- Refund mandated by law. Applicable consumer-protection law requires a refund.
Even where an exception applies, refunds will be limited to the amount actually paid and will exclude any applicable taxes, payment-gateway charges or third-party fees that are non-recoverable. Refunds, where granted, will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.
5. How to request a refund review
To request consideration under Section 4, write to support@callora.cc within 7 calendar days of the relevant payment with: (a) your registered email and 10-digit Callora number; (b) the date and amount of the transaction; (c) the payment-gateway reference or last four digits of the instrument used; and (d) a description of the issue with any supporting evidence. We will respond within 14 business days.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel any subscription-based Paid Feature at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid for the current period. Your access to the Paid Feature will continue until the end of the period for which it was paid, after which the account will revert to the free tier.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer in respect of a payment that is non-refundable under this Policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and contest the chargeback with the supporting documentation. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to the relevant authorities.
8. Taxes
Prices displayed on the Service are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Where a refund is granted under Section 4, the tax component will be refunded only to the extent we are able to recover the same from the relevant tax authority.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. The Policy in effect at the time of your payment governs that transaction.
