The cookies we use.
And why we use them.
Last updated: 03 June 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Callora Networks ("Callora", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on this website (the "Site"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. By continuing to use the Site you agree to the use of cookies as described here, except where your consent is separately required and you have not yet given it.
1. What is a cookie?
A "cookie" is a small text file placed on your device by a website you visit. Cookies allow the site to recognise your device, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the site is being used. We also use closely related technologies — including HTML5 local storage and session storage — for similar purposes. In this Policy we refer to all of these collectively as "cookies".
2. Categories of cookies we use
a) Strictly necessary cookies. These are required for the Site to function and cannot be switched off. They include, for example, a session cookie that keeps you signed in to your Callora account, a CSRF-token cookie that protects forms from cross-site request forgery, and a cookie that stores your cookie-consent preference. Without these cookies certain parts of the Site (such as the dialer, sign-in, contact form and account pages) will not work.
b) Functional cookies. These remember choices you make to give you a better experience — for example, remembering that you have dismissed a banner or chosen a particular UI preference. They do not track you across other sites.
c) Performance and analytics cookies. These help us understand how visitors interact with the Site so that we can improve it. They typically record aggregated information such as which pages are visited, how long visitors spend on them, and any errors encountered. We configure analytics so that, wherever possible, IP addresses are anonymised and identifiers are not shared with advertising networks.
d) Third-party cookies. Some pages may load resources from third-party providers (for example, web fonts from a font service). Those providers may set their own cookies under their own privacy and cookie policies. We do not control these cookies and recommend reviewing the relevant third party's policy.
Callora does not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or cross-site tracking technologies.
3. How long do cookies last?
Cookies are either "session" cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or "persistent" cookies, which remain on your device until they expire or you delete them. Most of the cookies we use for sign-in and security are session or short-lived persistent cookies. Cookies that remember your cookie-consent preference typically last up to 12 months.
4. Your choices
Browser controls. Most browsers let you view, manage and delete cookies through their settings. You can choose to block all cookies, accept only first-party cookies, or be notified before a cookie is set. Useful pages from major browsers:
- Google Chrome — "Clear, allow and manage cookies in Chrome"
- Mozilla Firefox — "Enhanced Tracking Protection in Firefox"
- Apple Safari — "Manage cookies and website data"
- Microsoft Edge — "Delete cookies in Microsoft Edge"
Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent core parts of the Service (such as sign-in, signaling and the dialer) from working.
Do Not Track. Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no industry standard for how to interpret such signals, the Site does not currently respond to them, but the absence of advertising trackers means there is also no cross-site tracking activity to disable.
5. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, regulation or our practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
